I am a 48 year disabled old mom, facing empty nest syndrome in a month.I have been a nanny for almost 20 years.Because of my beliefs (of not getting involved with children , just to leave them at a later date) I have accumulated quite an extended family(I love it).But because of my financial situation I find myself looking for a home(house) where I would be free to help out these now adults and thier children.I am looking for someone with a neglected property that rent could be bartered for home improvements.I have many friends that would help that are certified in thier trade.Roofing,mold remediation(would be first step before moving in),tree removal,landscaping,painters,I dont have a connection that knows of plumbing(but am willing to pay for one). I am a big recycler and would like to deal with an existing property than ask for help with a new messuage.Thak-youfr your time...Cindy
